My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2025
accompanied my mom going to the market, building the stirrer stand, walking in the garden
Dear Friends,
Today is the market day, so, in this morning, I accompanied my mom going shopping at the vegetable market. It was crowded as usual and we bought some vegetable and prawns, then returned home.
At home, I continued building my stirrer; today, I built the stand for the motor and stirrer rod and finished it in the evening. I will install the motor and the rod by tomorrow.
I also did some house chores; I cleaned drinking water bottes both inside and outside. I used food-safe cleaning liquid to clean inside.
And in the evening, I walked in the park for over one kilometer distance. There was some shower but I used umbrella and continued walking until I achieved that distance.
Those are some of the activities for today.
