My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2025

Dear Friends,

Yesterday, I walked in the park for over 1 km distance. It was not rainining so there were many people out there in the park walking, doing group exercises, sitting leisurely, etc.

And the whole day, I worked on my electronic project. I 3d-printed some parts, assemble circuits, etc.

And in early morning, I meditated for about half an hour.

Those are some of the activities for yesterday.
