My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2025

Morning meditation, help take photo record at the opening ceremony of wippasana stupa at the meditation centre, evening walk.

Dear Friends,

Yesterday morning, I went to the meditation centre to take photo record for the opening ceremony of the meditation stupa. Old students came to join the ceremony and I also took photo records for their donation for the stupa.

For that, I had to went there early 6.30 AM; I joined the one hour meditation and breakfast first before the ceremony took place. It was cloudy with some mist but the ceremony took place successfully with no rain.

In the evening, I walked in the park for over one kilometres.

Those are some of the activities for yesterday.
