My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2025

Visiting around Chiang Mai

Dear friends,

Early morning, I went to hire a bike from a local shop and then I had my breakfast at the hostel. It serves tea, juice and bread with jam. It was a light breakfast but it served me enough. Then, I went to the market to see whether I could go there myself. I used Google map for directions and it worked well in spite of the fact that there were many one way routes in Chiang Mai. At the market, I tried to go to the food court to see if I can go there. Yesterday, I was guided by my friend's brother. I had a bowl of noodle and found that it was a big one and was delicious.

After that , I went to Mon Jam, where one could get a picturesque view from above a mountain. I visited a beautiful flower plantation there; I was charged 50 Bahts. It had many kind of beautiful flowers and many visitors came there. To get there, I had to drive over one hour from my hostel place and I think half of the time was spent driving up the mountains.

In early morning, people came to visit this place to enjoy the view of a sea of cloud from above. And there are shops and cafe on the mountain.

And I could also see dome shaped houses and tents from the mountain and decided to visit that side .

I spent some time there and on the way back, I went yo Mae Sa waterfall and had lunch before I visited it. I found that there were 10 cascades of waterfalls and I think it took me over one hour to get to the topmost cascade. There were visitors and tourists, who came to visit and swim there. I had to pay 120 bahts for the entrance fee.

I started climbing to the top most waterfall at about 12.30 pm and got back to my parking place at about 3.30 pm. I didn't spend much time there because I wanted to visit a coffee shop also. I wanted to visit WTF café because it was one of the visited places but when I checked it was on the other side of the road that I already passed by.

So, I looked for some highly rated café and found Ristr8to café and decided to went there. I ordered a cup of Satan Latte and found it was a big one. I liked the taste and smell very much and was happy that I got such a big cup with 118 bahts only. The snack I ordered was also delicious with the smell of eggs. I was glad I make a decision to visit it .

In the evening, I visited the night market to have dinner there.

Those were some of the activities for today.
