Visiting around places near Mae Hong Son,

Dear friends,

Today, early morning, I climbed the hill, where Wat Phrathat Doi Kongmu was located.


Then, I went to the morning market to have breakfast and buy sticky rice and fired meat to have as lunch.

Then, I went to Ban Rak Thai, which was a Chinese village located on higher mountain and was 44 km away from the hotel I stayed. After driving for over one hour, I arrived Ban Rak Thai, and its landmark, the lake in the mid of the village.

There are tea leaves plantations on the hill on one side of the village and I took some photos there.

On the way back, I visited Pha Suea waterfall located on the way and then Su Tong Pae bamboo bridge and the monastery on the hill.

It was a tiresome day but I had a chance to visit new places and get new experiences. Those were activities for today.
