My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2025

Early morning walk, morning meditation session, house chores, work

Dear friends,

Today, I woke up early at about four and gott up at five to meditate and count beads. At about six, I began to see the dawn light and I went to the park to walk there as much as I can before I went to join the meditation session at the centre. It was a beautiful morning.

I had breakfast at the meditation centre after the one hour meditation from 7 to 8 am. The weather was fine except that it was cold out there. Nowadays, the temperature dropped up to 9 degree Celcius in my home town, Taunggyi.

At home, I did some work that I had started the day before; I have started some welding work but failed to write here. Today, I tried to finish it. I wanted to build a concreate wall for my workshop because the lower part of the wooden wall were made of wooden planks and they could be easily worn out by the weather and termites; some already. So, I was building a wooden mold for that. However, I failed to take photo record of my activity. And other house chores included installing a breaker in the garden, cleaning rooms, etc.

Those were some of the activities for today.
