My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2026

Dear friends,

Today, I did house work - helping my mom prepare breakfast, sweeping floors, washing dishes, burning leaves etc. And I fried fish cracker that I had made the day before yesterday. It turned out well but I needed to add some more salt and seasoning powder. I will make with some fish next time.

And I designed and 3d printed a cup holder: I used Solidworks to design, saved the design in stl format and generated gcodes with Cura software. It printed well but it was a little small and could not hould my bottle. So, now I have printed a bigger one.

In the afternoon, I went to visit my friend to ask him a fouvour for my online company registration. Then, I went to Mogok Vippasana center to meditate and count beads there.

In the evening, I did some exercises at home. I did five time; I don't know how to call the exercise yet - it was a kind of jumping.

Those were some of the activities for today.
