Morning meditation, volunteer work

Dear friends,

Today, I went to the meditation center early morning at 7:00 to join one hour meditation session. After meditation and having breakfast there, I watched over the workers pouring concrete for building the Vipassana pagoda. And we went to observe the ongoing road building work; the road led to monasteries, nunneries and our meditation center. I noted down some facts because road building work was not familiar to me.

After that, I volunteered to repair broken pipe of the water heater and after fixing that, I installed cold inlet pipe to the electric water heater. After that, I had lunch at the meditation center; the center treated vegetarian food and it was delicious.

Those were some of the activities for today. In the afternoon, I did some house chores and did some physical exercises at home in the evening.
