My Actifit Report Card: April 29 2026

Working, House chores, evening exercises

Dear friends,

Today, the whole morning was spent working on testing and modifying program for my sensor. It was a distance radar sensor that can detect up to 20 m using a lens. When I checked, it detected upto 4 m distance objects without a lens. It was said I could 3d print the lens with ABS. I will have to dig more information on that.

In the evening, I prepared a dish that my mother had cooked by mixing it with fried potato pieces. Then, in the afternoon after lunch, I made some soya bean milk. I had soaked the beans yesterday and today, they were soft and tender. I used a blender to grind them and then use a cloth to seive liquid out of it. Then, I boiled the liquid with medium heat for around 30 minutes.

I also wanted to make mint essential oil and went to the market to buy soya bean oil to use as infusion oil. Olive oil was recommended but I found it expensive so I decided to use soya bean oil instead. I have never tried it and will see how I can do it.

In the evening, I went to the football stadium to walk and jog along the track. I completed fives rounds, which was over 2 km distance. Actually, today, I felt overwhelmed by many work, that I needed to complete. I found that I tended to procrastinate and avoid to work when I was in this kind of situation. I just tried to break that bad habit by picking up something I could complete - doing exercises.

Those were some of the activities for today.
