My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2026

Welding work, house chores, evening exercise, some repair work

Dear friends,

Yesterday was full with sorts of activities. The first was my welding work. I continued to built a stool out of metal scraps; otherwise, they would pile up for good for nothing.

Then, I transplanted one tray of beetroots to the ground. There were two more trays to transplant. I found those I transplanted the day before survived. I was just seeing the feedback results whether the plants were alright because that was my first time of growing beetroots.

In the afternoon, I went downtown and met a friend at a teashop for chitchat and sharing experiences. In the evening, I went to the football stadium for walking and jogging exercises. There was some rain and I had to wait until it ceased. I walked first before I started jogging and I completed five rounds that was over 2 km distance.

At night, when I got back home I replaced two lithium batteries from the battery pack. Because of those two broken batteries, the pack refused to be charged and after I replaced them, I could charge it.

Before going to bed I counted beads and recited a Buddha sutra.
Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
