Thank you :) Yes, swimming is like a balm for body and soul. If I don't go swimming for a longer period of time, I directly notice how my back weakens again.
The pool is really quite comfortable ;)

My dad always goes swimming and he told me swimming really helps him to heal all kinds of body pain...Have a wonderful week...
