Trzeba powoli rozruszać nogi po maratonie.

Tym razem wybór padł na rower.

Przy pokonywaniu każdego podjazdu odczuwałem dyskomfort w kolanach.

Dobrze, że są przerzutki, i dużo wolnego czasu, więc mogłem sobie pozwolić na redukcję, i powolne podjeżdżanie na nawet niewielkie wzniesienia.



Pogoda wreszcie dopisała, a ja na luźno dokręciłem do 27miu kilometrów.

Przyjemny, spokojny trening.

W tym tygodniu nie planuję żadnego mocnego wysiłku, ale trochę poruszać się trzeba.
