Fragment of Departure year 1984♙♞♔

¡Cordiales saludos!

32. Rh2!?
Preparando una celada. No obstante, 32.
35. Cf5! Las Negras se rinden.

Many Greetings! My name is Eduardo Garcia from Venezuela and I would like to present a chess game fragment commented by Carlos Garcia, an active chess player in the last century (now retired) with an aggressive and combinative style.

I therefore hope you enjoy this modest essay of my father and I shall be glad if I made a bit contribution to him and chess culture.

White to move

Black is the exchange up and the threat …c4-c3 will force a decisive passed pawn, but White has dangerous pieces around black king. The game continued:
32. Rh2!?
White sets a trap. However, 32. Tf6! with the threat of mating the black King by given up the queen (Dxg7+!) won directly. Then 32… Tbxf7 33. Txf7 Txf7 34. Dxf7 Black has no way to stop Cf5 +-.
32… c3??
Taking the bait! 32… Dxf1! 33. Cxf1 Tbxf7 with two Rooks against a Queen was necessary. Now, thanks to white King being on h2, White has the spectacular blow:
33. Txd1!
Driving the Queen from the diagonal b1-h7
Followed by playing his Knight to f6 with decisive effect.
33… Dxd1 34. Cf6 Db1
Nothing helps: Black cannot avoid the coming mate.
35. Cf5! Resigns.
