Mínimo me sacan a pasear los perritos My Actifit Report Card: December 18 2025

Últimamente no he podido ser más activo, hacer ejercicio y poder estar más en forma, me siento un poco mal con mi cuerpo, porque lo he descuidado, pero mínimamente estos perritos me han ayudado a caminar dos veces al día, que si no es la misma cantidad de ejercicio o esfuerzo que hacía normalmente, por lo menos no estoy totalmente parado y en mi actividad de ActiFit se puede ver, que he podido ser constante en esto. Así que pues trato de no sentirme mal, pero aprovechar el tiempo que tengo para salir a despejarme, caminar y disfrutar del frío con estos perritos
