Saludos amigos y amigas de Actifit

Hoy fueron un poco mas de cinco mil pasos, recorrido básico. Salida al centro de la ciudad y recorrido al mercado. Esa es una rutina diaria. Por lo general es un recorrido de dos a tres horas. La actividad se alarga con el trabajo en casa, pero no siempre cargo el contador conmigo. Asi que por lo general, no recuento toda la actividad.
