Fiz Skate Piracicaba
In 2007, I was invited to direct a skateboarding program for Fiz TV, a collaborative branch of Editora Abril.
Launched as a pay-TV channel aimed at children and pre-teens, it had an interactive concept, with shows that encouraged viewers to participate via the internet. Anyone could submit content through the FIZTV website, and if selected, it would air on TVA’s programming. The content creators were paid for their contributions.
In this episode, we visited the city of Piracicaba in the interior of São Paulo and spoke with some of the city’s top skateboarding talents, such as Rafael Cabral, Stanley Inacio, Danilo Diehl, and Johnny Melhado. We also skated with Marcos Camazano, Alan Res, Lequinho, Ramirez, and Reinaldo Franzin.
Em 2007 fui convidado a dirigir um programa de skate para Fiz TV, um braço coloborativo da Editora Abril.
Lançada como um canal de TV por assinatura voltado para crianças e pré-adolescentes. Tinha uma proposta interativa, com programas que incentivavam os telespectadores a participar via internet. Qualquer pessoa podia enviar conteúdo pelo site da FIZTV e se fosse escolhido entrava na programação na TVA e os criadores de conteúdo recebiam por isso.
