My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2022

How are you doing?
My goal was 6000 Activity Points for the beginning, which doesn't seem to be a problem as far as I can see.
Even on days like today where I am in my studio sitting almost 12 hours infront of a computer, I managed to get more than 7000.
But I think it really helps to have this app. It always reminds me that I need to move a little more, make a little break and go outside. This is what I did today. I made a short break and went outside with my bicycle for 15 mins.
And like every day I was outside with my little dog Thila.
I wanted to take some pictures but totally forgot. 😅
So here is a picture of my dog at least. She is tired and already sleeping.
