Actifit - Seeking Help

Hi our dear Hive Community, so recently I have joined the @actifit community and I must say, it is quite interesting. They literally incorporated an incentive scheme into exercise. I think it is a wonderful idea as not only does it make exercising interesting by adding in a game element, it also added in some form of tokens that can reflect to tangible use.

As wonderful as it is, I am quite stuck though. Apparently, actifit tokens can be used for a myriad of activities, ranging from buying in game items or transferring to Hive or even transacted in the marketplace. However to do these, you will first need to verify your account. A one time fee of 1 Hive/HBD is required. Now that is ok to me, as I look at it on the long term instead of the short term. But what is depressing is, I cannot seem to have my account verified. Now I have attempted this transaction countless times, with the minimum waiting time no less than 1hr, and the max waiting time approximately 8hrs. Nevertheless, this is the screen that I keep seeing. I know I am not suppose to close the window during verification, but I am quite sure a normal verification will not require hours!

Seeking help from @actifit as well as the community. I really love this initiative but can someone please help me out? Really wish to verify the account
