Brawl Report #9 - Captain Katie

Once again, we are back to our Brawl Report. Starting to really enjoy writing these articles, and to feature a Gladiator every week. As our guild is still trying to increase our buildings so that we are high enough to be able to use the gladiators, my post will be casting spotlight on Gladiators which I feel will be awesome and very useful. Hopefully, these may give some inspiration to my readers and they too can adopt/share these tactics.

So for this week, our Guild achieved the 2nd place! Well done to our Guild. Nevertheless, thanks to past few winning streaks that our Guild has achieved, I am somehow bitter that we did not clinch the top spot. Probably I might have a really high expectation of our Guild, just like how I normally have really high expectations of myself. Nevertheless, I am so proud of them and we did really well!

For this Brawl, I did not perform as well as I felt I should. 5 Wins and 3 Lose. Looks pretty sound at first but converting it to percentage, it is a 62.5% win rate. I believe there are more room for improvements for me. Much more to learn from my Guild Members, Hive Community, as well as all the other Brawl Reports out there.

And now, for this week's feature, Captain Katie. Once again, I immediately can see how useful she can be. Despite having a high mana and a relatively low health (I would assume in order to be able to use her, the match condition would be one with high mana and these monsters normally have high damage output), her Snipe ability would be very helpful. On top of that, she has magic attack, which can ignore armour of enemy monster. With a magic attack of 3, I think it will be relatively easy to wipe out enemy backline monsters. On top of that, the Bloodlust trait that are unique to Gladiators will make her significantly stronger in a late game.

I guess it will be useful to have a lineup for a late game, as that is when Captain Katie really show her might in the battlefield
