Rising Star Pack #31

Well well well, couldn't resist the temptation and I opened another pack!

I somehow vaguely recall, I think I bagged this once in the past. But nevertheless, really cannot help but admire the art. Don't you think it is really beautiful? I know I know, I am missing the point here. But seriously, it looks wonderful. Look at that neon-ish blue finish, especially the graffiti art near the text.

Looking at the stats, this dude got some skills. Literally man, 200 Skill points. I need not worry about doing lessons upon having him!
