Tokyo Olympic 2020 Will be Held from 23 July to 8 August 2021

The Tokyo Olympic Game 2020 was rescheduled to Summer 2021 due to Covid-19 Pandemic. Unfortunately, the pandemic is still going on, even it recently emerged a new variant of Covid-19 virus called B.1.1.7 that was found in United Kingdom. I think it will be a big concern for the upcoming Tokyo Olympic 2020-1 in Japan as the international multi sport even will be held in this summer. The Japanese government have decided not to allow foreign supporters to watch live the game, even the family of athletes are not allowed as well.

Hopefully, everything will be going well in Tokyo this summer. We have to accept the abnormal life during pandemic of Covid-19. The pandemic has affected any aspect of life, including sport. However, we have to adapt ourselves to the current condition of the world. I really appreciate that Japan government are intended to conduct the Olympic Game though the situation is so tough. Japanase government and private parties who have invested a lot for preparing the event got huge lost, for sure.

I believe Japanese government will manage everything well to held the Olympic Game in this summer. And supporters just be able to watch the game on live broadcast.

I was traveling to Tokyo in Spring 2019, a few months before pandemic. I could feel how Japanese people, especially Tokyo Citizens doing many things to prepare the game. I bought an official t-shirt of Tokyo 2020, and I wore it. I think now I will keep the t-shirt, it’s an antique material already.
