My Actifit Report Card: April 25 2024

Daily exercise has a lot of health benefits which I will be listing out on my next post but for now I will just highlight how I feel after exercise.

  1. After morning exercise I feel happier compared to a day without exercise.
  2. My mood is always good and at the same time I remain proactive throughout the day.
  3. At night I sleep well compared to a day without exercise.
  4. I feel light irrespective of what I consume throughout that day.
    In my conclusion: No matter the quantity of balanced diet consumed, without exercise it is junk.
