My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2022

Greetings, walking around patrolling the security area with actifit gives me a new meaning, that is I have to reach the step level and record my activity count with actifit, even though my patrol route is a bit rocky and hilly but it's not very difficult because I'm used to it, and today during my patrol I saw something interesting in a rock crevice...guess what...

This animal is a lizard, it is quite similar to the komodo dragon in Indonesia, but its saliva does not contain toxic, I think it is resting and sheltering from the heat of the sun and will come out at night to hunt for food.
My next patrol, I found it was still in the same place.

After work, I had time to rest and then play badminton with my son because he invited me, I continued with my usual exercise and helped my wife prepare dinner, that's all for today thank you...
