My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2023

Currently (since COVID), I'm in the office one out of every three weeks and work from home the other two. However, I find that I do more walking when I'm in the office because I'll step outside for a couple of short walks during the day and also take a walk inside the mall, which is nearby, at lunch time (just to walk and sometimes to have lunch...not to shop :)) . I tend not to do either of those things when working from home. Still, I'm only about halfway to where I would like to be. I've only been getting 5-6k steps lately and I'd like to be closer to 10k.
