My Actifit Report Card: June 25 2025

Most of these steps came from a walk around the mall at lunch time. That's alway more comfortable than walking outside in the summer time where I live.

The photo is from a vacation at the beach a couple of weeks ago. We stayed there for a week. While I didn't get all that many steps most days, there was lots of swimming at the beach and pool every day. That's much better exercise anyway though I didn't get to track it with actifit.
