My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2026

Recently, I started a new job. It involves a lot more standing and moving around than my previous job. That's probably a good thing as sitting at a desk most of the day isn't good for you.

Anyway, pretty much all of these steps came from work. This is probably ly an above average day though. I expect an average day at work to give me about 6000 steps based on my experience so far.

The above photo was taken outside in a courtyard area. I was playing around with the zoom on my phone so this bird (an Osprey i think) was pretty far away.
