My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2025
As always, Sunday nights hit hard - those Monday blues are already creeping in. I had zero motivation to work out the whole day, so I just did some house chores and a bit of gardening.
When evening came and the blues started kicking in, I just wanted to distract myself from all the negativity by eating. Hence, the photo. Holiday beefloaf has always been my comfort food whenever I feel overwhelmed by the world. I even stole my sister’s Shin Ramyun stash since it goes so well with the beefloaf. 😅
I was so full after that early dinner, and after resting for two hours, I suddenly had the urge to do some walking to somehow make up for everything I ate and ease the guilt. And voila—I ended up doing a 2-hour, 10km walk!
I finished around 10PM, so now I have to hurry to go to sleep to get ready for another work week. Hayst 😓
