My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2025

During the first week after traveling, I always feel some kind of withdrawal, especially when it comes to my eating habits and portion sizes. Since I usually gain weight during trips, the first thing that comes to my mind when I get home is to go on a diet, sometimes even a strict one. That’s why during the first week after traveling, and also the first week of dieting, I often experience these withdrawals and this time, it happened today.
I actually had a nice start today. I managed to walk 8 km and had a healthy lunch of malunggay, shrimp, and seashells with fried fish also. But in the afternoon, the cravings started to hit, and as expected, I gave in. First, I ate Nova, then baked nuts, but that still wasn’t enough, so I munched on Clover while watching Kimetsu no Yaiba. I still wasn’t satisfied, so I ate SkyFlakes and Fita. What was I even doing?
In the evening, all my plans to clean and arrange the front garden and go for another walk were canceled because I didn’t feel like doing anything except eating. So I cooked my favorite comfort foods Shin Ramyun with crispy fried Mahling and eggs and ended it with Coke and wine. I was so full I could hardly breathe. Of course, after all that feasting, the regret kicked in. Huhuhu, what a day. 😫😫😫
