Curtis Jones Looks Like A Proper Player

It is funny to think that just a couple of months ago, Curtis Jones was on the verge of being sold, with not much opportunity to break into the first team.

Then Harvy Elliot's leg break happened and now he's finding himself with more opportunities to shine. While I feel terrible for Elliot, losing a local talent like Curtis Jones would be a massive loss.

He needs this season in the first team to develop and shine and then kick on to bigger and better things. It is funny but there have been a lot of talented players who don't make it to the next stage because their development is blocked by better and more senior players.

So luck really does play a part unless you have so much talent that luck doesn't matter. But those are the very rare players like Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Messi etc. If not, you have to do it the hard way like Jamie Vardy.

In any case, well done, Curtis Jones for that wonderful Champion's League performance!
