Frank Lampard Appointed As Everton Manager

Frank 'Bentley' Lampard has just been appointed as the manager of Everton. It is an interesting appointment and I thought it would have gone to Wayne Rooney.

Lampard had a decent time at Chelsea but let's not forget that he was working with a decent team and a big budget. He doesn't have that luxury at Everton and will find it much harder to work his ideas.

Rafa Benitez was a disaster but he was also unlucky with the injuries. Lampard's style might get some of the lesser known players some game time and a focus away from squad rotation and tactics might do Everton some good.

Still, can't see Everton finishing above 10th at the moment even with the appointment of the new manager.
