Can You Manage and Handle Injury In A Fight?

If you expect a nice and clean fight, that can only exist in movies or in your dreams. You can fight, that does not guarantee that you will not get injured. When you have energy and stamina, you feel that you can keep fighting.

How about when you get exhausted?

Even though you know how to block an attack, you might not be able to block that properly due to the lack of stamina. You simply cannot keep fighting to defend yourself.

Do you expect that you will get injured in a fight? Maybe not. You can move easily and freely because nothing happens yet. When you get hit and injured, can you manage and handle that? It becomes tough to fight in that situation.

There is no time limit. You do not know how long the fight will continue. No referee will come to stop the fight and save you from there. And when the attacker sees any sign of weakness, he will exploit that and attack you more.

You will feel the pain in a fight. You have to have a mindset like that. The reason behind your fight can drive you and do what is needed to be done. If you fight for self-defense, you want to go home and be with your family.

Don't engage in a fight if you can avoid it in the first place. If there is no alternative to protect yourself, you have to stand up for self-defense. It is because your back is against the wall.

You might get injured and feel the pain. If you are mentally strong, it will show up on your physical movement. You will not give up and keep making your move to defend yourself.
