If someone's intention is to kidnap or rape, this is very serious. So you make your move and strike him so that he is not able to grab you again. No one has the right to touch your body if you do not want. So as soon as the attacker grabs your waist, he has already crossed his boundary.

Here the attacker grabs your waist and instantly pulls you so that you get close to his body. When the attacker pulls you, you will move towards him. Just step towards him and bend your hand to elbow his ribs. You do not need to hit him. Your elbow will hit his ribs and he cannot get very close to him.

You can move his hand from your body. Or, you can also grab his hand, lock, and put pressure. Then you can let him go or strike him based on the situation.

You can also step your one leg behind his leg when getting close to him. Then remove his hand from your waist, put pressure on his face, and make him fall back on the ground.
