Hive Engine's Move Towards Decentralization and Staking 400,000 SPORTS
When some tokens price goes up, we think we should get that tokens more. On the flip side, when the price goes down, it seems that's not worth it. The market price is a reflection although it might not reflect everything, it is a very good indicator to make your decision.
From an investment point of view, you will analyze your ROI and the risk. Even if you don't put your money but you spend your time, that's also an investment. You can do something else to make money but you decide to spend your time here. There is an opportunity cost.
We saw the recent SPORTS token price spike and that's pretty good. I stake 400,000 SPORTS tokens today. There is a positive impact on any development that is related to the tribe. SPORTS was Steem Engine tokens, but not anymore. Now SPORTS is Hive Engine tokens.
Hive Engine moved towards decentralization. Happy to see people becoming Hive Engine witnesses. It is more secured and it would definitely draw more attention. The development and update on Hive Engine would impact every project and token as well. People always love freedom and security. The blockchain-based decentralized platform can ensure your security and freedom.
We might see more people investing in Hive Engine tokens and it will increase the price in the long run. Well, if you see SPORTS price today, it decreases. In macro, there is a bright future. Dips are part of the normal market. Fundamentally I think the community has a lot of potential as sports exist in every single country.
It looks like the new ad network is in effect so it should help out with some of the SPORTS on the open market. I still think that we require some more use cases for the token itself like sports betting (Patrick talked about it on his vimm streams).
