You want to start your trading journey. As a beginner, you usually make a lot of mistakes. So when you first start trading, don't bring more capital to trade.

You will learn different things about trading. And you will apply that. Although you know what you have to do, you cannot do that because emotion kicks in. You should have exited, but you are holding your position and losing money. When you take an entry, you should know what's your target, where you put stop loss, and how much quantity you are going to buy.

You trade with systems and follow your system. Still, you will make mistakes and learn from them. When you start making a profit, you can slowly increase your capital. Don't just bring a huge amount of capital into the market at the beginning.

It's something people need to consider more and I completely agree with your reasoning. Let your strategy play out and then invest more later when you are more confident. It's harder to get back your losses than it is to get back your gains.

And I think it takes time. You will go through learning different things in trading by execution. Again if trading suits you, you can do that.
