During punches, your opponent usually focuses on the upper part of the body since you are striking there. Suddenly, you can hit low following the high low principle. You can do foot stomp.

You are in a close range when punches. While punching, you can easily hit his leg. You can use your heel to hit on the foot. This is one of the effective moves and you will find it very useful in a fight for self defense.
