Sleep, Fitness, and Performance

You feel like studying for the whole night because tomorrow you have an exam. You have to revise everything, and you do not have time. Maybe you do not get enough sleep at night. So how is your exam? You might fall asleep in the exam hall or at least find it hard to focus and keep your eyes open.

You are a player and tomorrow you have to play in a match. This is exciting. And if somehow you do not have enough sleep, what will happen in the game? You cannot react fast in the game. It will drop significantly. You will not feel well, and your overall performance will not be satisfactory.

You are not a player. You just want to be fit and live a healthy life. We see people talk about the workout, workout routine, specific exercise, diet, and a lot of things. That's great. In spite of doing all these things right, if you do not get enough sleep, your fitness goal will be a goal and never come true.

How about if you cannot sleep well at night?

The good news is, there is a positive relationship between exercise and sleep. When you do a workout, you burn your calory, and later you might get tired. So when you go to bed, you sleep well. When you sleep, it is like recharging your body and make you ready for the next day.

Some people say you are wasting your time by sleeping. No, you are not wasting your time when you sleep. Instead, you are using your time properly during sleep, I think. When you get up from bed, you are ready to do your thing and get better results.

After having a good night's sleep, you can do workout better. Again because of your workout, you sleep better at night. When you feel fresh and motivated, you can do better in anything whether you play sports, study, or work. It will impact your personal and professional life positively.

Yeah I know we have this kind of problems we can't focus on exam and feel like sleeping p
But forcefully keeping our eyes open and then we finish our exam efficiency decreases a lot because of it
