If you want learn the basics, you can watch this video. Master Wong shows different blocks that you will find useful for self defense. 

In this video, you will see how to do bong sau. When you practice, it is not just your hands that moves. You have to move your waist as well. 

Let's watch this video. I hope you will find it useful. You can use it based on different situations. It is not like out side parry or palm slap parry.
