¡Otro día increible! Mejorando paso a paso, mis primeros pasos los completé caminando mientras trabajaba, soy vendedor en una agencia de viajes, asi que tengo muchas oportunidades de caminar mientras estoy en los hoteles, los últimos pasos los completé corriendo unos 6km ¡No tuve que dejar de correr! Esa es una noticia increible despues de comprobar que mi rendimiento habia disminuido debido a la gripe.🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Another great day, improving step by step, I did the first steps walking around while working, I'm a sales man at a travel agency, so I have plenty opportunities to walk around the hotels, and the last steps by running about 6km, and I didn't have to stop running! That was a great news after realize that my permormance was slowed down due the flu. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
