Hello free world, how are you today? Friday, the last day of the week. I have two novelties, the first is that I got into the habit of doing some gymnastics before going to sleep. So I'm even more tired and I sleep I sleep.. And instead the second is that yesterday was the last day of work, the pizzas I no longer bring. At last.

The photo above is in Abades and is another natural pool. Abades is a very interesting village for its beaches. Very well known and frequented underwater.

The island is always beautiful when you wake up. The climate here in Arico is cool. This put no training, because I had a visit to the doctor. Then rest day, I'm tired and I need a lot of rest. I stop for a while, slow down my life. Too hectic, even though we are in the Canaries. Precisely because we are in the Canaries, a little less frenzy and more tranquility.
