Hello free world, everything ok this Saturday in October? I think so, Cristiano and the island are fine. Always pleasant day. I love waking up in the morning and being sure that the day is beautiful. I have been living here in the Canary Islands for many years now but I live by these things, nature, good air and sea. This morning I went for a run, here around my house, in the mountains. The usual 8 km quite challenging. Then usual 200 abs, some work in the house / garden is the game. Steps have been taken even today. Tomorrow is Sunday and I think I'll go there again.

I have the helicopter that takes my time, follows me all the way, detecting my intermediates and then communicating them to the whole world, not the free one though. Jejjeej 😂😂😂😂

The place is a bit rudimentary, but here in the Canaries it is so.

The volcano Cumbre Viejo, continues its activity, today at the supermarket I helped a lady to load a lot of dog kibbles that she was buying to send to the island of La Palma, nice! Every day turn on the Spanish television to follow, today I saw many vans, trucks full of things, such as mattresses, refrigerators, various furniture, ran away from home. I've seen so many people crying. What a pity all this.
