The rest of the day, it's preparing as much healthy food as possible. And today you eat mozzarella with oregano, extra oil, and a boiled egg. Then a fantastic slice of grilled tuna, with fresh parsley, extra oil, garlic and fresh chili from the garden. Better than that. For the rest only rest, sleep a lot and do only pleasant things.
