Hello free friend, as you are today, I am better than yesterday and then run 8km of mountain, the usual route. I also bought the new shoes because the path as well as being physically hard, destroys my shoes. The weather has now taken a bad turn, in the morning 2 hours of sunshine no more, and cloudy afternoon with temperate always lower than average. We Canarians are already fed up with this "cold".
