Dean Smith -New Norwich FC coach
Norwich decided to appoint Dean Smith as a new permanent manager. In this new musical chair contest, Lampard pulled out of the talk and gave Smith the chair he needed. Smith was sacked by Aston Villa.
How big is this news? I am not sure what to expect from a manager who was just sacked by another rival club. Yes, Farke had to go but I am still not cheering for the change. Smith is decent but what strategies he will bring into the club to save this sinking ship. We will have to wait and watch until the next weekend.
Optimism is the name of the game. I will not worry if he brings the much needed confidence to the team. Afterall, Norwich managed to win points in the last game against Bentford. We are playing Southampton next and hope it's not a loss.
