My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2025
I used to really dislike hot summer weather, but after last year’s vacation in Florida I’ve been saying my thermometer is broken. It was mid 80s (Fahrenheit) and 80ish percent humidity, but it felt AMAZING!
After a 35 minute walk at a sub-nineteen minute pace, I grabbed some shade on the local green and did some reading. Every time I do this, I have to fight myself to head back to the store. Hopefully once I finish up my degree I can get myself in a situation where I can take a break and do this for a few hours at a time!
