My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2021

This is my post on @actifit.

I still don't know the app well but I wanted to share an honorable milestone achieved yesterday with my steps. Since I do a job that is not excessively sedentary but I am often closed in a laboratory and when I go out I like to walk, so as to stretch my legs and mind.

Ancora non conosco bene l'app ma volevo condividere un onorevole traguardo ottenuto ieri coi miei passi. Dato che faccio un lavoro non eccessivamente sedentario ma sono spesso chiuso in un laboratorio, quando esco mi piace andare a piedi, così da sgranchire gambe e mente.
