Happy #high-five-friday welcome to my fitness report and thanks for stopping by.

Didn’t get to do much today. Just a short walk for a few blocks in the neighborhood and back.

Weather was kinda gloomy and windy every now and then. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful workout.
