My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2021

Hi Everyone!

Happy Saturday to you all and welcome to another fitness report. Wishing everyone had a great day and enjoyed stepping out today or whatever it maybe that made you stepped out.

I achieved my workout going grocery shopping and walking a lot around the stores and between stores. I parked my car way far so that I can achieve the long walk getting good step counts for it.

I also walked a few minutes around the park where a friend of mine leaves nearby.

For this event I was able to take pictures of flowers.

At home spending my time with housework and stuff as well as relaxing watching Netflix.

Beautiful flowers @roger5120! Parking out further and walking in to shop is wise. We have always done that, plus it can save your car from bumps and dings from those folks not paying attention to how wide their car doors are!
