My Actifit Report Card: December 8 2021

Hi All!

Happy Wednesday and welcome to my fitness report.

Today was a nice day. The sun was out and shining beautifully. I was awaken by its warmth coming through my bedroom window. It made me feel really good and delighted for it.

And a little while thereafter I did some stretching exercises in my room and from time to time I looked at some exercises I found in Instagram. Nothing that I haven’t done before. Anyways, that was this morning.

Moving forward - in the afternoon I basically just spent my time grocery shopping and window shopping. Window shopping turned up not window shopping:-) he he…

While out and about I was able to take merely photos of flowers. Nothing that you and I haven’t seen. Nevertheless, better than nothing.

All in all I had a wonderful fantastic time while getting all my steps all accounted for. Not bad.
