My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2022
Hello Everyone! Happy Wednesday.
So, today was another day that wasn’t so bad. I did my calisthenics and later had a great and wonderful workout going around the neighborhood.
Did a little bit of sightseeing and afterwards went shopping with a friend. I picked up a few moisturizers that I need.
For lunch I had lamb curry, biryani rice and naan. Lunch was delicious. I enjoyed eating Indian Food.
I was happy that weather was more pleasant today than yesterday. So, that made the activity more enjoyable for me and my friend.
