Happy Monday and welcome to my fitness report.
Today was a fairly beautiful day even with the daylight being short, I was simply happy to say that the sun was out there on the horizon giving off a ray of sunshine for us to enjoy.
Having said that I did my calisthenics earlier in the day and later was cruising around my neighborhood for a little while. This is another day where quite a few people took the journey of enjoying outdoors and getting healthy exercises by being active.
Some images I took, which are pretty much similar to my previous ones as it is the same or usual route I was on today.
